Speed Rollers, distributed by The Wooster Brush Company, is a low-pressure fluid delivery system that works with standard airless sprayers to maximize productivity. It covers up to 100 square feet per minute at 90% transfer efficiency!


EASY TO USE
Unlike many other systems, Speed Rollers is user-friendly and simple to operate. No extensive training is required and assembly takes just a few minutes.

The airless sprayer serves only as a transport system, giving control back to the painter. The gun releases paint into the pole and through the fluid lines, where it cascades over the top roller. By pulling the trigger you can regulate the thickness of the coat, preventing hollows or runs. The bottom roller allows you to apply and backroll at the same time. Drip and splash guards eliminate most spatter and mess.



NO OVERSPRAY
Since the system does not atomize the coating, there is no overspray, making it environmentally friendly and more efficient. No more worry about wasted product, government regulations on atomization, or costly property damage at a jobsite.



PRO FABRICS
Speed Rollers uses standard, affordable 9-inch roller covers with all fabric types, 1/4- to 1/2-inch pile height on the top and 1/4- to 1-inch on the bottom. Now you can use your favorite rollers and fabrics no matter how large the job.








PAINTS, PRIMERS & MORE
Speed Rollers can apply all paints and primers, low or high solids, elastomerics, stains, varnishes, urethanes, epoxies, floor coatings, block fillers, wallcovering adhesives, and roof coatings. Basically, if you can pour it, you can paint with it.



LONG LIFE
The sturdy construction is reliable and durable for consistent, professional results. At the end of the job, cleanup is neat and easy as no internal cleaning is necessary. For a like-new system every time, the low-cost changeover kit allows the lines and fittings to be thrown away after each use.
